Orders & payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Prelaunch & availability

During our prelaunch period, email sign-ups secure access to the launch price. Submitting your email does not constitute a purchase or guarantee of stock. Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis when the product becomes available.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. Promotional pricing is only valid for the period stated.

Returns & refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@rodeogrips.com.
