Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. International shipping will be available at a later date.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times

Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. We use tracked shipping on all orders so you can follow your parcel from the moment it leaves us.

Delivery costs

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 are subject to a standard delivery charge of £3.99.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at your local depot or a nominated safe location. If it is not collected within the carrier's holding period, it will be returned to us. In this case, please contact us at hello@rodeogrips.com to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 7 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at hello@rodeogrips.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Prelaunch orders

First edition prelaunch orders will be dispatched as soon as stock is available. We will notify all prelaunch customers by email with an estimated dispatch date ahead of fulfilment.
